SCHOOL INTERVIEWS – FRIDAY, 13TH APRIL 2018

TERM ONE / SCHOOL INTERVIEWS
Parent/school interviews will be held on Friday, 13th April 2018 in the Recreation Centre between 1.30 p.m. – 6.00 p.m. with your son/daughter’s Subject Teachers.

Options to Make an Appointment

Option 1:
If you have the internet you can go to: http://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/
Enter Event Code (this can be found on the letter posted out to parents/caregivers).
Enter your details and select a time that suits you.
Appointment times are based on a first come first served basis. In other words if you select a time and find someone else has already selected it, you will have to select another time.

Option 2:
Ring the school (09 237 0224) and we will inform you of what times are still available and book you in at that time.

The closing date for making appointments is: 12.00 p.m. on Thursday, 12th April 2018.

 

MAORI COMMUNITY CONSULTATION MEETING

The Board of Trustees extends a warm invitation to its Māori community to attend a community
consultation meeting being held on:

SUNDAY, 29 APRIL 2018  –  TIME:  2.00pm
VENUE:  TE WHARE RUNANGA, WESLEY COLLEGE

The consultation is not solely for students who take te reo Māori as a subject; it is open to all whānau who have a vested interest in Māori student achievement across the school curriculum.

The Board of Trustees welcomes input from its community.

South Auckland street to be named after All Black legend Jonah Lomu

A new road due to open will honour one of the world’s greatest rugby stars – Jonah Lomu – just a few metres from where he once played as a schoolboy.

Jonah Lomu Drive was officially blessed by kaumatua, members of Tainui and a church minister in an intimate ceremony with friends and family yesterday.

Members of the Lomu family, including wife Nadene and their two sons, Dhyreille and Brayley, gathered with staff and students from Wesley College………
