Girls in infrastructure 

Some of our Year 12 students attended the Girls in Infrastructure event that was held at Bruce Pulman Park. 

Starting off with an expo with many different companies who work in the infrastructure sector. This was a great opportunity to see the different roles available and talk to the wāhine in these jobs as to what it is like. 

The students then headed off to go see some big trucks, diggers etc. 

Later we were taken on a site visit to the new motorway bridge development happening at Drury.
