Kia ora whaanau

As we close out Term 2, I want to thank every student, staff member, and whaanau for the energy and care you’ve brought to our school. 

It’s been a long term, but a term with real wins and highlights in classrooms, on the courts and field, the Big Sing, Te Manu Te Tioriori and in the way we’ve looked out for each other. Our staff and students have shown up with commitment every day, and that deserves recognition. 

Next term will be just as busy and it's vital you continue to support us. Attendance is crucial as the pressure of assessments and deadlines ramps up for our senior students. 

Wishing everyone a safe, restful break. Come back refreshed Term 3 is right around the corner. 

REMINDER 

A reminder we warmly invite parents and caregivers to come and participate in a Special Character Review Talanoa. 

The talanoa will be held: 

DATE: Wednesday, 29 July 2026 
TIME:  6.30pm 
VENUE: St Paul's Methodist Church 
         2/4 Otara Rd, Otara
         AUCKLAND 2023 

There will be a meal provided after the talanoa (meeting).

We would like to hear from parents and caregivers their thoughts on the Methodist Christian dimensions of Wesley College. The talanoa will be no longer than 45-60 minutes.
