RETURN OF STUDENTS TO ON-SITE LEARNING

Tena tatou katoa,

This afternoon it was announced that Year 9 and 10 students can return to onsite learning on Wednesday, November 17th.

The earlier return to onsite learning for Year 11-13 focussed on preparing senior students for their Level 1 to 3 NZQA external exams and the completion of their internal assessments.

Although senior students have worked hard over this time, there is still a huge amount of work to be done to ensure they will be in a positive position to sit their NZQA external exams with confidence. This learning takes priority and must be completed without interruption.

Therefore, we will not reopen for Year 9 and 10 students to return onsite. We ask that you keep your Year 9 and 10 students’ home with distance learning for the remainder of the term. Teachers will ensure work is provided.

We look forward to reopening in the new year with a full roll, fresh and full of energy.

Please keep safe and well.

Ngā mihi,

Chris Bean
